Phase 0 is complete when the project is ready to deploy Phase 1.

• MkDocs site builds successfully
• Cloudflare Pages deployment succeeds
• Project tracker is present
• Learning tracker is present
• Infrastructure inventory is present
• IP plan is complete
• VLAN plan is complete
• Firewall baseline is complete
• Proxmox bridge plan is complete
• OPNsense interface plan is complete
• AD initial design is complete
• DNS initial design is complete
• DHCP initial design is complete
• VM build standard is complete
• Deployment checklist is complete
• Validation checklist is complete

Operational readiness

• Initial VM names are confirmed
• Initial IP addresses are confirmed
• Remote administration model is confirmed
• Backup/snapshot approach is confirmed
• No direct RDP exposure is accepted

Ready for Phase 1

When all items above are complete, begin Phase 1 with HQ-FW01.
